My story

I didn't choose this niche.
It chose me.

I have been stressed since I was young. Not the kind of stress you grow out of — the kind that becomes the background hum of every decision you make for the next two decades.

Growing up, my home kept moving. While other teenagers had stability, I was navigating instability, change, and circumstances that required me to grow up fast. By 21, when I'd just gotten a taste of real freedom, my 12-year-old sister needed somewhere to live. I became that somewhere — for seven years.

I finished my Bachelor of Health Sciences in Clinical Nutrition through all of it. Family loss. Financial pressure. A decade of sustained, unrelenting stress. When I graduated, I didn't just have a qualification. I had a lived understanding of what chronic stress actually does to a body — and the clinical knowledge to explain why, and what to do about it.

That's what Mindful Maree is. Not borrowed expertise. Not a wellness trend. A person who knows this from the inside, and now has the tools to help you navigate it too.
